Metrorrhagia |
All the information on metrorrhagia you will ever need! |
Metrorrhagia is a condition, which many doctors and nurses do not understand well. Fortunately, it can be easily resolved, provided that you pinpoint the exact cause of the problem. In more than 70% of cases, Metrorrhagia is actually caused by Endometriosis. You can learn more about that on the Metrorrhagia website.
You may be intrigued to learn that Metrorrhagia is not usually caused by pregnancy or trauma – Endometriosis is the most common cause. Even if you were not diagnosed with endometriosis, the problem might be there. There are several approaches that work effectively to eliminate this issue. First of all, focus on starting the proper processes in your body. What does this mean? It means that you should always look for alternative ways to improve your health. Metrorrhagia is often an unspecific symptom of a very specific condition. This might sound confusing, but it is true.
Doctors rarely understand Metrorrhagia. Most doctors will prescribe you various supplements and blood-coagulants, which help reduce the bleeding. This unfortunately, only treats the symptom. We have all heard that you need to treat the underlying cause and not the symptom. In the case of Metrorrhagia, this can be easily done. All you need to do is eliminate the Endometriosis, which is causing your frequend mid-cycle bleeding, also known as Metrorrhagia.
Is Metrorrhagia caused by a problem with my Platelets?
Platelet blood count is closely linked to the symptoms of Metrorrhagia. This however, doesn’t mean that your low platelet count is the main reason or the problem. Increasing your platelet count can be easily done with or without medication, but doing so will not always fix your problem. Blood specialists have to analyze your blood to see if everything is right. There are more than a few possible causes for Metrorrhagia and Platelet count is near the end of the list. As we already stressed, Endometriosis lies at the root of almost all cases of breakthrough bleeding. Eliminating it can be done fairly easily, provided that you follow an approach which works.
Another important thing – do not try to stop the Metrorrhagia with artificial means of stopping the bleeding. This will not work – at least not in the long term. You should focus on fixing the underlying problem. Once you do that, the bleeding will quickly stop and never come back.
How serious is Metrorrhagia?
This depends greatly on what causes it. In most cases, Endometriosis is the cause, which means you have nothing to worry about. Unless you have a deeper problem which is incurable, you should be fine. Be cautions when taking medication, even if your doctor assures you that it is side effects-free. Always consult more than one practitioner and think for yourself – remember that doctors are just advisors – they can give you the possible options, but the final choice is always up to you. If your Metrorrhagia does not go away after a few weeks, this means that you should start treating it more aggressively and look for underlying problems that you might have.
